About Karen Wason
I offer support to those who are experiencing strong feelings around any aspect of life and may be feeling that life has lost its balance. Understanding what the feelings are telling you and knowing how to respond to these messages will help you to regain your sense of self and wellbeing.
I also support those looking to bring about significant changes in their life. This may include letting go of those things that no longer support you and developing clarity around what you need and want, so as to live a more joyful life.
I provide the space and care for you to explore what is important to you; it is a unique time where you and your feelings are the only focus of attention.
I particularly welcome people who are facing the following life challenges:
* Recovery from surgery or injury
* Relationship changes
* Challenges in your work or business
* Issues around sexual orientation
* Menopause and hysterectomy
I practise from my home in Brightwater, NELSON and am available for sessions Monday to Friday.
